We fully understand costly deadlines and general contractor/labor rules at the tradeshow venues. This ensures our customers pay only what is due. We will also audit credit card invoices to make sure they match what was actually ordered and performed. Our unique pricing model is a flat fee based on your booth space and not a percentage of the overall bill which is counter-productive.

On-Site Representation
OneSource can provide representatives for all phases of the move-in and move-out part of the show. Our people are familiar with each venue, its marshalling yards, as well as understanding the physical constraints of the particular site. In addition, these representatives are informed about local union practices and enjoy relationships with various local contractors that enable your shipment to arrive and depart without a hitch.

All-Risk Insurance
OneSource offers All-Risk Cargo Insurance through our insurance carrier. This provides the most protection possible for the trade show exhibitor. Although most carriers offer limited transport coverage, we find most damage occurs on the show floor during handling which is not covered. Our All-Risk option covers your valuable booth from the time it is picked up at your warehouse to the time it returns.
